Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing EVER ADVANCED products. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

We make every effort to process your order within 5 business days. Orders will be delivered within 7 business days aftershipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on national holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Free shipping for all

As a token of our appreciation, we will pay for shipping costs on all regular items via carriers FedEx or UPS. Shipping costs might apply when arranging special delivery through customer service. We do not ship internationally and to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and Marshall Islands, extended and any international address. Sorry for all the inconvenience.

If order is placed on a Friday, it will be shipped 3 days later. Courier does not count weekends nor Friday as a shipping day.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Holidays & Peak Season

Our carriers observe holidays such as New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and more, so please account for these dates when ordering. During peak seasons, shipping may be delayed by 2-3 business days. For any concerns, please reach out to us at service@everadvanced.com.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

EVER ADVANCED Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Multiple Packages

Due to the size of our products, your order may arrive in multiple packages, which may be delivered at different times. Each package will have its own tracking information. If you have questions, feel free to contact us at service@everadvanced.com.
