Order
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to create an account, you can place an order directly.
It’s better to create an account. After you create an account you can: view status of your order, view order history, manage shipping addresses and payment methods, change your password, process returns, and see promotional discounts when available.
What do you charge for shipping ?
We provide free standard shipping for all products in our shop .
We make every effort to process your order within 48 business hours. Orders will be delivered within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on national holidays.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order ,please reaching out to customer service team via our Contact Us information or by writing an email to info@everadvanced.com .
Once your order has been shipped, we can neither cancel it nor reroute the package back to our facility. If you still do not want the item after it ships, you will have to return it according to our return policy.
Can I change my shipping address?
In case your order has not been received by our warehouse yet, we can change your shipping address as long as the address is in the same state. You can contact us here: Contact Us or by writing an email to service@everadvanced.com. Please don’t forget to mention your order ID.
Once the order has been shipped, no re-routing will be possible. You can try to reach out to the shipping company and ask for a re-routing, however, we can’t assure you that a re-routing is possible. Please note that in general, re-routings are only possible in cases where the new shipping address is within the same state.
Why haven't I received any tracking information yet?
Please only reach out to us if 3 business days have passed since you have placed your order. You can contact us via Contact Us or by writing an email to service@everadvanced.com . Please make sure to include your order ID. For your order ID, we will give you a tracking number so that you can track your order information.

Are your stroller wagons certified?
Yes. All of our stroller wagons pass the JPMA certification,meet the ASTM safety standard, helped parents feel confident in choosing safe products for their baby.
What is the weight limit for your wagons?
All of our wagons with high duty steel frame that can hold up to 110 lbs, it's perfect for kids ages 2 to 7 years old.
Warranty & Accessories
What's your warranty period?
All the products in our shop www.everadvanced.com has 1 year for warranty since purchased.
If a product covered by one of these warranty options qualifies as a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product without charge. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty. Look more by our warranty Policy.
